The Missouri Baptist Convention (MBC) is a network of over 1,700 independent Southern Baptist churches that work together to carry out the Great Commission.
The SBC is a collection of like-minded churches working in cooperation with one another to impact the whole world with the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Sanctity of life
As Christ followers, we believe that all life is sacred. From conception to final breath, all humans are made in the image of God.
“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them” (Gen. 1:27)
In our society today, babies are not seen as gifts. At Exchange Church we want all to know that we stand with our preborn neighbors and recognize that they are, "fearfully and wonderfully made." (Ps. 139)
