Jimmy Dunn started serving at Exchange Church in January 2018 as the Associate Pastor of Worship and Families. On August 22, 2021 he was voted to become the Lead Pastor of Exchange Church.

Jimmy has served in ministry since 2010 in many areas including student, college, music, and family ministries. He has his Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling with a focus in Marriage and Families, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Religion with a minor in Theology from Liberty University. Being Pastoral Counselor, Jimmy has created his own premarital and marital crisis counseling program called "H.O.M.E" and has helped many couples learn how to have a biblically and personally designed marriage with Jesus as the foundation.

In 2011, Jimmy was married to his wife Samantha and they now have 5 children: Ephraim (who now with the Lord), Ellyette, Ezra, Piper, and Charlee-Grace. Samantha loves her calling as a stay-at-home mother and reaches out to other mothers/wives who need to be encouraged in their calling where the Lord has put them. When they are not serving in ministry they love to go camping, visit the St. Louis Zoo, hiking and drinking coffee/tea. 

The Dunn family is excited to see the Lord use Covenant Baptist Church in many mighty ways to see the people find hope and salvation in Jesus Christ.

Dalen Schmoll has been leading worship at Exchange Church since February 2023 and was voted in to serve on staff as Worship Leader on April 16, 2023. On September 14, 2024 we had the absolute honor of ordaining and confirming Dalen into the Gospel Ministry. Since his ordination, Dalen has been given the role of Associate Pastor of Worship and Students and actively serves as the Youth Pastor.  

Dalen has been in ministry since 2014 and has since served in areas such as youth and worship ministries. He graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in Bible (Theological Studies) from Hannibal-La Grange University in 2018.

Gabby and Dalen were married in 2020 during the midst of the COVID-pandemic. They have three beautiful children, Harlyn and Fletcher, and Storyn. Gabby is a stay-at-home mother and loves to listen to music and watch movies.

When they are not serving in ministry they love to visit the St Louis Science Center, the St Louis Zoo, and they love to drink coffee from their local coffee shop.
